Return Period

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is confirmed, Arlisse will cover the replacement or return shipping costs.

International Orders

For international purchases, shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.
